Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your item arrives to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with your order number as proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at kshubhamsingh29@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item or colour is to return the one you have and place a new order.
