Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order to Canada and the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Items can ship from different warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. It can take 2–5 days after your shipping email for tracking to start showing updates.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your location, your order may be charged import duties or taxes when it reaches your country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Late or lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, or tracking hasn't updated in 20 days, email us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
