This website is operated by Thryve. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Thryve. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using our store

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to show product colours, sizes and details as accurately as we can, but your screen may display colours differently, and we can't guarantee that every description is error-free. We may limit quantities or stop selling any product at any time.

3. Prices and orders

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment and billing

You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and some orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and carriers. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from our site.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, collect other people's personal information, or interfere with the site's security or operation.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Thryve is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold Thryve harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
